Since the Super Bowl came to Indianapolis, many of us have a renewed pride in the city. Long before the “big game” was played though, CGG partner Michael Bishop was preparing to show off his city to Distinguished Fellows of the American Academy of Adoption Atorneys (AAAA). The AAAA is a national association of over 300 attorneys who practice or have otherwise distinguished themselves in the field of adoption law. Membership to the organization is by invitation only and includes members from throughout the United States and Canada. Elected to the AAAA Board of Trustees from a national slate of candidates in 2010, Michael was named co-chair for the organization’s 23rd Annual conference. Held in Indianapolis in May 2012 and aptly themed “Racing Toward Innovation,” the conference brought over 200 adoption and reproductive technology attorneys together from across the nation. Michael is one of only 10 attorneys to sit on AAAA’s board.
