John concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning, including estate and trust planning and administration, as well as probate, estate and trust litigation and intellectual property rights and enforcement. He works closely with businesses and entrepreneurs to assist with registration and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Before joining Cohen Garelick & Glazier, John clerked for the Chief Judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals and focused on the protection and enforcement of the rights of publicity of numerous high profile clients.
