Sean’s practice focuses on all areas of criminal defense and family law. He has handled jury trials in major felony, minor felony, and misdemeanor cases as both a criminal defense attorney and a Marion County deputy prosecutor, and he has tried dozens of family law matters—including custody modifications, parenting time and child support disputes, and marital estate divisions—in counties all over Indiana.

Prior to joining CGG, Sean was a resident attorney at The Nice Law Firm, LLP, from 2021 to 2025. His other experience includes:

  • The Criminal Defense Team of Baldwin Perry & Wiley, P.C.: Associate Attorney, 2019 to 2021
  • Marion County Prosecutor’s Office: Deputy Prosecutor, 2017 to 2019
  • Office of the Indiana Attorney General: Deputy Attorney General, Tax Litigation and Civil Litigation sections, 2016 to 2017
  • Clerkship in the Criminal Appeals Division from 2015 to 2016

In his free time, Sean travels with his wife, plays tennis and disc golf, attends way too many concerts and comedy shows, and hangs out with his dogs (his “cobarkers”).
