Karen Hayes Young has 20 years of private and in-house experience working with companies and not-for-profit organizations of all shapes and sizes. Karen advises her clients in contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and employment law matters.
In addition, Karen is also an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, the Indiana University School of Law – McKinney, where she teaches contract drafting to upper-level law students.
In her personal time, Karen volunteers with various organizations in the City of Indianapolis to make it a better, brighter place to live, work and play.
