Josh Brown

Josh Brown is a franchise attorney and the founder/creator of the Franchise & Licensing Practice Group at CGG. Josh helps entrepreneurs make smart franchise decisions and prepare for the growth and expansion they desire as part of the franchise growth process. Although based in Indiana, he has built a thriving national practice. Josh works with new and emerging franchisors to help them with all of their legal challenges and grow through the franchise model. Additionally, he helps entrepreneurs identify and pursue good franchise opportunities. Finally, when a franchise relationship breaks down, Josh helps his clients work toward an amicable resolution.

Before becoming an attorney, Josh worked in business management, sales, marketing, and operations for several businesses, including two franchise systems. He combines his business background, entrepreneurial skills, and legal experience to help entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business growth with a focus on franchising.

Like you, he is an entrepreneur actively pursuing his business dreams. He understands the stress of starting, managing, and growing a small business while balancing family life and all other important aspects of life. Building a franchise, starting a franchise, or launching your very own business is the start of a marathon, not a sprint. Your chances of success dramatically increase when you work with like-minded, knowledgeable and trustworthy individuals to help advise you along the way.

In his spare time, he blogs, writes articles and white papers, and is the proud creator and host of Franchise Euphoria, a top-rated podcast that sheds light on the evolving world of business franchising. He regularly presents on topics relating to franchising and growing a niche law practice. When not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
