With over 50 years of legal experience, Richard serves clients in need of reliable legal advice in the areas of employment law and federal litigation. Early in his career, Richard served in the United States Department of Justice as a trial attorney for 15 years and has held many leadership positions in professional law organizations.

Richard is an employment attorney who finds joy in obtaining relief for employees and seeks justice for victims of discrimination and retaliation.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, skiing, traveling, or doing photography.
