Russ Jones joined Cohen, Garelick & Glazier as a member in March, 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was a sole practitioner in Carmel, Indiana where he practiced general civil law for fifteen (15) years.

Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science Degree, with Distinction, from Eastern Kentucky University in 1980 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1985.

Mr. Jones concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, as well as civil litigation, including collections, personal injury and business/commercial litigation.

Mr. Jones represents residential and commercial developers, general contractors, home builders, suppliers and homeowners, as well as buyers and sellers in simple and complex real estate and business transactions. Mr. Jones also represents a variety of small businesses that are not affiliated with the construction industry

Mr. Jones is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme and Appellate Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
