Heather Wysong Zaiger concentrates in the areas of general civil litigation, domestic relations and personal injury, including traumatic brain injury.

Ms. Zaiger received her B.A. Honors Degree in Sociology from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1997 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 2002. While completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Zaiger authored an honors thesis on the narrative analysis of parole hearings in Indiana.

Ms. Zaiger joined Cohen Garelick & Glazier in March 2004. She is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme and Appellate Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Zaiger is a member of the Hamilton County, Indianapolis, Indiana and American Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

In addition to her legal work, Ms. Zaiger serves on the Board of Reviewers of the Journal of Cognitive Rehabilitation, an international publication devoted to the study of brain-injured individuals.
